IR Rating control dust and water or forming ingress due to both. If IR rating is 169k, it means system will remain dust free and also ensure jet cleaning.

There are some companies that use premium LED lights. or some other parts. The idea is to give a false impression of superior lights.
The lights made at low cost are inferior in quality. This component of inferior quality is also evident in the pricing of such lights.
EMC – Electromagnetic Compatibility
The electromagnetic field given out by some lights can intervene with the system. You thus, have to test the electromagnetic field emitted by your work light.
The result of the test should be at an undetectable level. Reaching this level is essential to determine the functionality of the lights. Certain lights come up with maximum EMC level and rating.
The Housing
The heat generated from the LED lights is the biggest flaw with these lights. The cooling fins are used to keep the system at normal temperature.

There is a spade connectors as far as low cost LED lights are concerned. The reliability of spade connector is less as compared to the Deutsch connector.
