Recently, our local Waste Management company approached us. They wanted to upgrade the lighting on their heavy equipment. They sought a solution that would provide the following:

• Brighter illumination.
• Eliminating the need for frequent bulb replacements.
• Withstand the demanding conditions of their work environment.

The first brand that came to mind when considering a solution was our company NV. In our view, these China-made LED lights are the ideal and most rugged available in the market.

We equipped a Volvo Excavator with 6 Edgeless LED Flood Work Lights. Each is capable of emitting nearly 2800 Lumens. This resulted in a total of nearly 16,800 Lumens from this machine.

This was while only using half the amount of Amps compared to the original factory lights. This first machine was set up as a test case, and the results were overwhelmingly positive.

Soon after, we installed the same lights on every machine. We also did it on the forklift at all four of their plants.

This Volvo Excavator was outfitted with a pair of Edgeless LED flood work lights from the NV brand. They enhanced lighting output for improved protection and efficiency.

A six-light upgrade using Edgeless LED work lights was implemented on this Volvo Front Loader heavy equipment to enhance visibility.

Also, was fitted with a pair of Edgeless LED flood work lights on the back to ensure the operator can clearly see in all directions while operating at night
