Optima Wireless Emergency LED Light Bars
The Optima wireless rechargeable emergency LED light bar is the ultimate solution to remove cable clutter.
The 1002mm wide bar has 24 high-performance light-emitting diodes encased in shell optics. They are positioned on both the left and right sides.
The flash patterns are a variety of single, double, triple, and quadruple flashes. The flashings are synchronized and alternating from left to right.

Remote Control Device – Wireless Rechargeable Version
For smooth operation, it offers you a button located on the underside of the bar and also a remote.
The remote even comes with a practical key ring holder. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred method.
It can be remotely controlled up to 100 feet (30 meters) away turn the beacon on-off and scroll through all-flash patterns with a keychain device.

- ECE-R 65: The road approval is only valid when the light bar is connected to a power supply. Battery operation is reserved for emergencies and off-road usage. It is not suitable for use on public roads under StVO regulations.
- ILLUMINATED MIDDLE SECTION: The light switches on with a warning light so you need to cover it with opaque black adhesive.
- MAGNETIC LIABILITY: The liability up to a maximum speed of 120 km/h. The beam is delivered without a catch rope. Operation is suggested only on standing vehicles.

What’s Particularly Noteworthy in the Optima Cordless Emergency LED Light Bars?
It is designed to remember your last-selected flash pattern, even when you turn it off. So, you won’t have to reconfigure it every time.
When you power up the bar, a striking feature comes to life- the central section. Designed for customization, it is bathed in a radiant white light. This enhances both its visibility and its aesthetic appeal.
This bar is equipped with four magnetic feet featuring neodymium magnets. They are encapsulated in rubber. This guarantees both paint protection and prevents any marks.
The Optima series has a charging cable equipped with a cigarette lighter plug.
It shows an integrated display using the color-coded system to track battery life. Indicators are featured in green, orange, and red.

For the li-ion battery we are using, charge & discharge cycle up to 1000 times, after that, the battery performance will go down, the running time will be lower than 6.5hrs with a fully charged
I would need it to be controlled from inside the vehicle due to safety concerns.
Some companies use it typically on work trucks and more with work-around road service. Normally they have 1300mm installed on the car, but many times they need a rental car, and must place some warning lights for a short period.
But we see a good idea for companies parking on the road near a house and must warn somehow, and hazard is forbidden.
Optima Emergency Light Bar Installation Instructions(W11R Only)
To turn on the wireless light bar, press the power button located on the top of the unit. Pressing the same button will cycle through the available flash patterns.
To turn off the wireless light bar, press and hold the power button for three (3) seconds. When the unit is powered on again, it will automatically resume the previously selected flash pattern.
Once the light bar is turned on, the power button’s adjacent light will show the battery level, as per Chart 1.
To prevent any damage from dirt or moisture, it is imperative to make sure the charging port plug is fully inserted during the procedure.

How To Charge The Wireless Rechargeable Light Bar?
To use the wireless light bar, it should be charged first. Follow the steps below to charge the unit:
- At the connector at the bottom of the light bar, unplug the plug.
- Before connecting it to a suitable auxiliary power connection in your car, plug the power cord into the connector.
- Wait for the device to charge completely, which should take around 4.5 hours.
- As illustrated in Chart 1, check the light next to the power button to see if it is charging. After the charging is done, the light will turn green.
After the charging is complete, follow the steps below to protect the light bar from moisture and dirt:
- Disconnect the connector’s power cord.
- Make sure the charging connector’s charging connector has the sealing plug fully inserted.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your wireless light bar is fully charged and protected from dirt and moisture.
How To Operate The Wireless Remote?
You can use the wireless remote to turn the light bar on or off. To turn the light bar off or on again, follow these steps:
- Locate the remote control.
- Press the power button on the remote control to turn the light bar off or on.
To select the flash pattern using the wireless remote, follow these steps:
- Locate the mode button on the remote control.
- Press the mode button to select the next flash pattern, shown in Chart 2.
How To Connect The Remote To The Wireless Light Bar?
To pair the remote with the wireless light bar, please follow these steps:
- Carefully turn off the light bar. Push and hold the power button on the light bar for a brief period of time until the green light next to the button starts flashing, then press and release the power button once more.
- On the remote control, press the power button. The green light will change to red and will flash.
- On the remote, press the mode button. A steady green light will replace the flashing red light as the following flash pattern is chosen.
- Use the remote as normal. Press the power button to turn the device on or off. To choose the flash pattern, press the mode button.
To pair a second light bar with the same remote, simply repeat the above steps with the second light bar. Both light bars should now be paired with the remote and respond to its commands.
