Problem 1 – How to Solve Connectivity Issue

You should follow these steps if you’re facing connectivity issues or your rock lights respond to the App’s commands.

1. Firstly, app resetting will help. Go to settings in your smartphone, reset, and re-open it.
2. Disconnect your rock light Control Box, let it remain disconnected for around 10 seconds. Then, reconnect it.
3. Make sure that you have enabled the Bluetooth function on your phone. Go to device settings, click Bluetooth settings. (Device settings > Bluetooth Settings). See Image 1

5. Check whether your phone has the latest version of the software.
6. If you’re not using the latest version, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

3. Find whether there are frayed wires or damaged cables between the damaged pod and the light control box.
