It is essential to remove dirt from cooling fins and lenses to avoid hotspots, which can cause dirt to be burned onto the lenses. If this occurs, the light is likely to malfunction.

Cooling fins can become hot if they’re dirty. Due to this, the integrated overheating protection lowers the light output and heat.

To prevent damage, the LED work lights from New Vision switch off and then turn back on once the cooling fins have been cleaned of dirt.

So, you must clean the LED work lights to prevent damage.

Mounting Height

Underbody guards of trucks and trailers can be fitted with LED work lights and LED reverse lights.

It is important not to undermine the mounting height of these lights on other vehicles.
